Perhaps not another Dan DeCarlo, but in a whole different style?

After years of being bogged down by by a very mediocre inker, the Kennedy brothers (or father and son team or maybe even uncle and nephew or cousins?) are really putting out shining little gems lately. Just now, they are doing the covers and pretty funny ones, too. They make their characters VERY expressive especially in body language and also plant in many teasing little Easter eggs in tribune to older Archie stories, even body poses, too!

Perhaps good old Archie is finally coming back after all?

If anyone has the time, they should put some scans of Kennedy's artwork with and without a good inker. I remember seeing a story with him on pencils and I think Art Adams or another prominent artist as the inker. It looked a lot better.

I'm still more of a Rex Lindsey fan myself.
