  • Jabroniville: Yeah, that's odd- Thor usually has the Hammer out in front. Though I don't think it's ever explained how he can throw it while in mid-flight and not just plummet like a goof. I wish artists would stop having him do things like that :)

  • Steveinthecity: @Biolante:  Thor uses the hammer to fly. He can throw his hammer during flight and float in one spot until the hammer returns to him. Don't know what Joe Q. was thinking there. I've never seen Thor fly on his own.

In case you're wondering why the forum was still in maintenance mode for several hours after I sent the newsletter earlier, the reason is that I completely forgot to take it out of maintenance mode. I seriously wasn't trying to confuse people, and apologize if it did cause any confusion :)

The look has changed! Do we still have the Gallery and Arcade? I found the arcade through the news link but I thought it would be better to have them as permanent links somewhere on the front page.

The gallery and arcade are still there - there should still be links in the menu for them ("Gallery" is between "Profile" and "My Messages", and "Arcade" is between "Shop" and "Members").

The look didn't change at all for me, but I will go investigate to make sure everything is the way it's supposed to be.

You must have somehow found a theme that uses its own version of the particular language file where the "Arcade" and "Gallery" language strings are defined, because there were errors in the forum error log that would be due to missing language strings, but nothing saying that it was unable to load that language string.

What exactly did things look like? I've only got four other themes on here, and I know for a fact that three of them use the same language file for those strings that this theme does.

It didn't have the shout out board and it had some kind of seesaw image (for the name of the type of message board it was called after). Other than that, I couldn't remember. It didn't have a gallery or arcade link but it had a rotating "news" link that would have a link to the Archie website, the arcade, reviews, etc.
