  • Jabroniville: Yeah, that's odd- Thor usually has the Hammer out in front. Though I don't think it's ever explained how he can throw it while in mid-flight and not just plummet like a goof. I wish artists would stop having him do things like that :)

  • Steveinthecity: @Biolante:  Thor uses the hammer to fly. He can throw his hammer during flight and float in one spot until the hammer returns to him. Don't know what Joe Q. was thinking there. I've never seen Thor fly on his own.

Blue or Orange?
« on: September 24, 2007, 05:44:23 PM »
How does everyone feel about me changing the default theme color to light orange to match the logo?

You would still be able to choose the light blue color (or any of the other colors). It would just make the site orange by default.

Well, on one hand, it would match my screenname (my first and ONLY purchase from the Shop thus far).

But, I dunno...I kind of got used to the blue.

What about having both Blue and Orange (or Gold)?  You know, like the school newspaper!

I got used to blue. Let's keep it that way.

I'll have to see what I can do in terms of blue and gold. Not sure if there is a blue-and-gold theme or not. If there is, I'll have to modify it to work with this portal, but that shouldn't be too difficult.

I'm thinking orange would be best simply because it matches the logo (especially since you can change the color to whatever you want - once you pick that color, that's the color you'll see whenever you're logged in).

I'll look around and see what I can find. There are always new themes coming out for this forum, so there may be a better option than the one we're currently using (which apparently is the most popular theme for this forum system now).

Well, it fits with Autumn. :) So keep it for now.

Maybe add an Autumn-themed banner.

Then, when Winter comes, change the color scheme again (to white, I guess) and add a Winter-themed banner.

And so on...
