Uploading pictures can either be done through the forum (read the help section and pay attention to the info on attachments) or through the gallery (the preferred method here).

If you choose the gallery, just click the Gallery link above and enter your password to create an account. After that, you'll have your own album and you'll see a link to add new items. Click that link to upload things.

If you have any additional questions, just ask :)

Hello Cheryl Blossom, I am glad you posted this, for I am having the same issues.  :-\

I simply cannot find the options to add an avatar or sig or links to my profile, and the help section only describes what these features are, not how to use them or where to find the section that controls this stuff.

I'm SO confused! lol

You need at least 10 posts before you can edit your profile. I did that because we were having problems with spammers signing up just to put crap in their profiles.
