I am trying to start a movement to rise up Tribune Media Syndicate's interest in Annie , to encourage them to seek out some publisher to continue the present-day version of " Annie " with the present-day team of it .
  Archie could be one comic book publisher who could pick it up , but I am aiming this at Tribune , they're the owners of the character .
  I will put a link up when I can .
  If you don't like Annie I'd just as soon you'd say it on another line - There's another one near enough , obviously . - not this one !!!!!!!!!!!  :laugh:

Open up the comics page to new strips--new talent!

Struggling young cartoonists cannot get a break, because the comics page has fossilized! :'(

Annie's original audience is long gone, as is the America that spawned it. As is the culture of that gone-yet-seldom-mourned past.
