  • Jabroniville: Yeah, that's odd- Thor usually has the Hammer out in front. Though I don't think it's ever explained how he can throw it while in mid-flight and not just plummet like a goof. I wish artists would stop having him do things like that :)

  • Steveinthecity: @Biolante:  Thor uses the hammer to fly. He can throw his hammer during flight and float in one spot until the hammer returns to him. Don't know what Joe Q. was thinking there. I've never seen Thor fly on his own.

Dear friends,

It's not a compliment or something it's just a question.Because 'I' think facebook is simply time waste.Recently there was a case in crime patrol which said that a boy was killed because he met a girl in facebook whom another boy liked.I mean how stupid. It's just a short question roaming around in my mind. What r your opinions.People like captain hero , tuxedo mark and etc.You guys r bid enough....

Well, it's basically just like any website, including this one.  You can use it to have fun, but you have to take PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY for anything you do on that site.  I would never post any contact info aside from an e-mail address, and I try to keep any and all profanities to a bare minimum, if that.

I think Facebook is just like the rest of the internet: if you're careful, it's fun and harmless. You can't really blame the site when people post their information all over it. If they weren't doing it on Facebook, they'd do it somewhere else.

I originally thought Facebook was just a big waste of time best left to bickering teens, like MySpace. ::)

Then a friend invited me and now I am hooked ever since.:)

In fact, I not only got in BETTER touch with my family and friends, I also FOUND my old friends from school A LONG AGO, too!

Oh, and the games there are pretty great, too. ;D

I agree with the other posters that you've got to take some responsibility for your own internet activities. I also agree with there being age limits, and am happy to see that Facebook has plenty of privacy settings (though, they keep changing things and it's becoming increasingly difficult to keep up with), but, for the most part, I think people use Facebook to keep in touch with friends & family, or just for playing the games.

I agree with the other posters that you have to stay smart when posting stuff on facebook or really any other site. Just like Betty Cooper Andrews I am 11 years old and really have no use for facebook. If I want to contact my friends I usually text them or just call them.

I don't have one.  I think part of the reason is I have people from my past I really can't stand anymore, and I don't want them being able to look me up like that.  Maybe I could use a pseydonym with it at some point.  I also don't know about young kids using that thing.  Facebook kind of has a somewhat seedy reputation in some aspects, and it sounds like it might be a big security risk for someone who aren't mature enough to know how to be safe on the internet.  You could also say that forums I guess, but Facebook seems a bit different to me somehow due to how people interact with it.

I just block all of the people that I don't want any contact with.  That way, they can't possibly find me.  I was the victim of bullies, and I'm still not ready to forgive and forget just yet.  But, you're right about people under a certain age who shouldn't use FB.

I think both of you are correct when it comes to kids using facebook. I am 11 and my parents won't let me use it.

Facebook is useful for keeping in touch with old friends and connecting with people that share similar interests.

Like any social setting: internet, coffee shops, schools, bars, prison.  There are things you need to know to stay safe and have the best experience possible.
No matter where I go, there I am.  Creepy.
