  • DeCarlo Rules: I FINALLY got my copy of Jughead and Archie Comics Annual #17 (exactly 2 weeks late, which is just about what the previous issue was). I have to find my old labels, because it doesn't look like they straightened out my subscription renewal issue, I think. There should be more issues left on this, since I just renewed for another 6 issues.

  • DeCarlo Rules: No, that was a joke. It wasn't an enfeebled Mad Doctor Doom, it was just a lone nut who wanted to kill Kevin Keller who was going to run for Senator. Archie jumped in front of the bullet.

  • Commbo60: Well Mr. DeCarlo...specifically, who was that emfeebled lone gunman? i initially assumed that it was either Betty, or Mr. Lodge, who didn't, and still doesn't, want Veronica to ever see Archie again. How unfair! What might become of the Lodges' relationship, even after Archie's death? Please assess this family turmoil.

  • DeCarlo Rules: @ Commbo60 - Some lone gunman, an unstable whacko. Would have been more interesting if it was an enfeebled, geriatric Mad Doctor Doom, though...

  • Commbo60: Hello! I'm happy to join this Fan Forum. I would like to know who killed off Archie, the relationship between him and said Defendant, and what was the clear motive. I have the "Lifed Celebrated" book here in my room.

  • spazaru: Yes, as far as I know, Donald Duck isn't a racist pig.  I'm not completely certain of that, however, I know Donald Trump is.

Anybody read this ? It's a crime story by JD Morgan, over in 30 pages flat.

What next ? Betty The Princess ?  ;D

Very interesting!  I wonder why the author named it after Jughead.  Do you think he knew who Jughead is, or just made-up the name?

Also, I checked out the "Look Inside," and the grammar is just... :o for a published book. Of course, I then saw it was published by Publish America, so I said "Ahhh."   :D

I have so many Archies, I've lost count!  :D

I think he did know who Jughead was, but then Archie Comics has not copyrighted his name or I think any of the other names for that matter.

That for one would explain all the Pop Tate's and Jughead's restaurants in business but with no affiliations to Archie Comics.
