  • Steveinthecity: When Thor pulls the hammer back to throw, his momentum stops. He has always been able to float or hover once airborne, and he'll remain until the hammer comes back to him.  I guess the winds keep him aloft.

  • Biollante: ok so shouldn't Joe Quesada know that? lol  It made him look a bit stupid imo.

  • Jabroniville: Yeah, that's odd- Thor usually has the Hammer out in front. Though I don't think it's ever explained how he can throw it while in mid-flight and not just plummet like a goof. I wish artists would stop having him do things like that :)

  • Steveinthecity: @Biolante:  Thor uses the hammer to fly. He can throw his hammer during flight and float in one spot until the hammer returns to him. Don't know what Joe Q. was thinking there. I've never seen Thor fly on his own.

Oh - forgot - we are kindred spirits on the Peanuts too.  Those are just great.
No matter where I go, there I am.  Creepy.

I used to collect female hero appearances: Supergirl, Catwoman, Elektra, Emma Frost, Witchblade, Tomb Raider, etc. I spent a lot of money on it. It was taking up a lot of room. I wasn't reading most of it. I eventually just sold it (at a loss, of course). Now, I collect manga and some Archie stuff.

Betty Cooper + Cheryl Blossom. It's inevitable.

HI

Funny you should ask that. We have a little Stitch bank near the front door, where he suggest that for a 25 cent donation you can get a guided tour and then you will be O'hana!

We love playing tour guides at Disneyworld and bringing friends by to see the house! So when do you want to do Disneyworld?

:) :)

Thanks so much!!! That's definitely something I'd be interested in doing sometime! I'm still working on making it in to your comic store! I've honestly only been to Disney a few times, but, oddly enough, I seem to go to Universal and I.O.A. quite often, though it's been awhile there too. If ever you're going to have a group outing (or if everyone here wants to try and save up for vacations), that would be great to have an Archie Fans group outing! Forsythe would be Group Leader!

Comicsback books (paperback reprints of comics, or paperprose books starring comics characters), other comics (I have tons of DC/Marvel/Indy stuff), comics fanzines, books (lots of non fiction), science fiction books (mostly Phillip Jose Farmer and Eando Binder), cds, and the aformentioned dust. :)
