Anyone here a fan of Star wars. I never thought of star wars as anything buta series of "interesting" films, that is, until I saw ep 3.
I became a huge fan of General Grievous. This guy was the greatest Villian I've seen on screen. Truth be told, when I saw him in the animated series and he simultaneously dueled three jedi and won by forfeit made him number 1 in my eyes. He had a intimidating presence in the series and his voice was not as wheezy as it was in the movie, because Mace Windu crushed his chestplate at the end of the cartoon series and the beginning of the third movie.

The new Star Wars the clone wars series are interesting and very entertaining.

The game "The Force Unleashed" should be made into a new movie. The story is great, if you follow the good side ending. So anyone a fan?

I've seen the 6 live-action films. They're...okay. I prefer Star Trek, though.

I dated a major Star Wars fan (which meant my introduction to, and over-saturation of, the films and a bit of trivia). I haven't kept up with the animated series, I never read the books, but, I loved the Lego video games! Smiley

Well, having actually BEEN THERE when the original THREE films came, out...I'm MUCH more of a fan of the original three than the prequels, which I find to be just trying too hard, and rather self conscious. It was a lot more fun in the old days when creating special effects was difficult! Today, it's just too easy to create ANYTHING at all with little or no innovation being involved. Foam Rubber Puppet Yoda impressed me much more than super CG kickin' ass and takin' names video game Yoda.  To me, Grievious is just Darth Vader to the 12th power. An evil, robotically enhanced being with a breathing problem. Oh! And he can wield FOUR light-sabers, instead of just one! Which is of course, way cooler!

The only time I use the force, I'm usually in the kitchen trying to open a jar... :>P
