I got the newest archie and pals double digest in the mail today.

I swear I've written this somewhere before, but, the packaging is quite good. It's just a plastic bag with a card insert for more orders, but, I've never had any problems, despite my not-so-great postal services (items tend to get left out in the rain unprotected quite often, and the mailbox is a community box that sometimes allows mail to get drenched... and there's always the weekly, "Uh, this isn't my mail" fun.)

One thing that I've noticed, though, is that with the subscriptions delivered directly from ArchieComics.com, there's a "direct issue" mention (or, something similarly worded) where you'd normally find numbers above the UPC code.

yes I'm a subscriber. IT has been worth it I think. I save more money doing it this way. I don't have to keep making trips to the comic store, etc. And I love getting archie comics in the mail.
They put the comic in a plastic wrapper, with a paper in it.
I wish that I could just subscribe for a year or 2 or 10 lol. But most of the comics you can only subscribe for 5 issues.
