  • Jabroniville: Yeah, that's odd- Thor usually has the Hammer out in front. Though I don't think it's ever explained how he can throw it while in mid-flight and not just plummet like a goof. I wish artists would stop having him do things like that :)

  • Steveinthecity: @Biolante:  Thor uses the hammer to fly. He can throw his hammer during flight and float in one spot until the hammer returns to him. Don't know what Joe Q. was thinking there. I've never seen Thor fly on his own.

Archie and Friends looks awesome. I see the Katy Keene artwork is top-notch as usual :)

Not a big fan of Sonic, so no comment on those.

Looks like classic craziness in the Archie "lucky sock" story.

I like Andrew Pepoy's work and I was happy to see him get the writing and art chores on Katy Keene but I wish he would do something a bit different with her. I remember whenever a Katy Keene story popped up when I was a kid, I just skipped them so I have nothing to compare these new stories to.

I don't read Sonic either, but it's had an impressively long run. Good for Archie!

Glad you enjoy the first looks. That was the first thing I did when I started working at Archie. It wasn't an original idea, I got it from DC and Marvel, but I wanted Archie to put out our first looks too. Each week we include one title from each editor provided we have 3 or more titles shipping that week, sometimes it's only 2 comics.
