She gave me inserts for that, but became immediately concerned about an infected toe nail that I'd been ignoring. She numbed the toe and snipped off a portion of the nail! It was kind of freaky!!!

  • Magic Necromancer: hey guys i pre-ordered the sonic countdown to chaos tpb...is there anyway i can skip ahead since the second tpb doesn't arrive until december?
    August 26, 2014, 06:11:56 PM
  • SaveFearow: But Lil Jinx and Bingo are not ongoing. They are older stories that get reprinted sometimes. And maybe people would like to read them?
    August 26, 2014, 02:28:02 PM
  • SaveFearow: I don't scan every comic I have because I want people to still buy the issues and not lower Archie's sales.

Archie's Sunday Best
« on: December 30, 2011, 01:49:04 PM »
Coming in March from IDW Publishing...

Bob Montana (w & a & c)
Continuing the Eisner Award-winning series of the rare Archie newspaper strips by Bob Montana, we turn our attention to his remarkable full-color Sunday pages. Archie's Sunday Best is the first-ever collection of the late 1940s and early 1950s color Sunday strips. Montana is approaching the peak of his creative of his juices in these pages, which feature classic Archie themes and characters.
HC  FC  $49.99  160 pages  9.25" x 12" ISBN 978-1-61377-152-5

Bullet points:
Edited by Eisner Award-winner Dean Mullaney.

A tad bit on the pricey side, but I'm sure it will be well worth the price, just as all of their other Archie collections have been.

You can pre-order this at Amazon.com for $31.49. It's a beautiful, large format hardcover book. That's the same price as 8 poor quality double digests.  Really not a bad deal, especially considering the quality and love that has been put into previous IDW published Archie books.

When will IDW reprint the Archie 1960's and early 1970's Bob Montana comic strips, mostly the Sundays?

I'm not sure dth. Probably sometime in the coming years. They have a lot of ground to cover in that area.
