  • Jabroniville: Yeah, that's odd- Thor usually has the Hammer out in front. Though I don't think it's ever explained how he can throw it while in mid-flight and not just plummet like a goof. I wish artists would stop having him do things like that :)

  • Steveinthecity: @Biolante:  Thor uses the hammer to fly. He can throw his hammer during flight and float in one spot until the hammer returns to him. Don't know what Joe Q. was thinking there. I've never seen Thor fly on his own.

ARCHIE ANDREWS DUMPS VERONICA LODGE FOR BETTY COOPER?!!!

Since the world first found out Archie was getting married, fans everywhere hoped Betty would be the bride. But those fans discovered quickly Archie Andrews chose Veronica Lodge over Betty Cooper and they were angry! They felt Archie had made the wrong choice, and they are very vocal about it! On television, in the newspapers, and on blogs all over the internet, fans loudly rejected Archie's choice.

Despite the tide of public opinion, Archie proposed to Veronica in ARCHIE #600 and she accepted! Fans hoped that something would ruin the wedding plans and Archie would end up with Betty. In ARCHIE #601, not only did Archie and Veronica get married, but Archie joined Lodge Enterprises! Despite all of that, fans everywhere still agreed - Archie made the wrong choice. They didn't care that Archie and Veronica are happily married, that he has a good job and that they have twins. It didn't matter what Archie wants, the fans want Archie to choose Betty!

Now Archie Comics will listen to the cry of fans around the world and in ARCHIE #603, Archie Andrews will propose to Betty Cooper!

What about Veronica?  Will Archie and Veronica divorce? What about the twins? What about Lodge Enterprises? Will Archie lose his job? What will Mr. & Mrs. Andrews think? What will Mr. & Mrs. Lodge think? What will Mr. & Mrs. Cooper think? What will Jughead think???

Most importantly, what will fans think when Betty finally gets Archie?

The answers to all those questions and more are in ARCHIE #603 - #605 as the "Archie Gets Married" storyline continues. Remember; be careful what you ask for. You just might get it!

Y'know, it's not so much that I didn't care Archie and Veronica were happily married, it was that I couldn't buy Archie and Veronica being happily married.  We see Archie make his choice, but little of what influenced that choice.  It's implied that he and Veronica grew closer during college, but we don't actually see them growing closer -- or being closer.

I love the contrast...Archie proposes to Veronica in the heart of NYC at the most famous jewelry store...but for Betty, he chooses POP'S CHOCKLIT SHOPPE?!?

Too many weird things about that cover.

- Betty doesn't look as happy as I'd imagine she'd be in this situation. (I mean, Archie just proposed! TO HER!)
- Veronica looks like she's going to strangle Betty. Or Archie. Or both. I'd figured she would look more surprised.
- Reggie just looks ugly.

 I just love how they refuse to consider us Archie/Veroinca fans fans of the comic. ::) :'( It to see we don't count funny how I put plasctic in my toes and spend all my allowance on something I am not  fan of. They  could have at least agdogled that some fans  were for Archie/Veroinca. Instead they claim  that the only Archice comic fans are Betty/Archie fans.

So I geuss becuase I like comic book pairngs that have story potnetial and don't consder the girl worshipiping the guy like he while they both go on trying to make funny jokes about each other becuase they can't banter with each other funny I am not fan of Archie comics. :'( Becuase I don't think a girl obessing over guy should get him becuase she him and herself disperesct her on a regular basic is romanctic am I not an Archie comic fan.

WoW did I waste a lot  money on somthing I am not fan of  since if don't like realtioship of Betty/Archie your'e not fan of the comic becuase evrey single real fan is excited about Betty and Archie and hate Archie/Veroinca :tickedoff:
