"She a 'person'"? I think it's supposed to be "said". Might wanna fix that.

I can see the third part of the saga being quite hilarious.

But, geez...why are Archie and Veronica the only ones allowed to be happy?  First Reggie has to get Archie to create a job for him, and now Betty is working at a greasy spoon diner.  What next?  Jughead getting food poisoning?

Offline Danni Malloy

This is rather annoying me.  What, Betty isn't allowed to be happy and successful just because Archie didn't pick her?  What happened to the Betty who was at the top of her class and an aspiring novelist?

Offline Danni Malloy

For that matter, if they'd just made a trip to Riverdale to tell the grandparents-to-be the good news, how'd Reggie, Jughead, and Moose all find out and make it to the Andrews' house at the same time? Don't they have jobs?

Offline Banshee

Don't worry; our sultry vixen will get her just desserts when it's Betty's turn to marry Archie! ;D

Offline Danni Malloy

I don't want to see Betty 'win' Archie so much as I want to see her succeed in life.  I want to see her in a job she loves that she's good at.  I want to see her publish that novel she's been working on in various stories.  I want to see her realize she can have a life even if she doesn't marry her high school boyfriend.

Offline BettyMantle

I want to see Betty and Reggie happy TOGETHER. lol

I have to admit, though, it seems like she's happy for them.  Hopefully she's come to terms with the whole issue. (which imo is what she SHOULD do)

One question, why do Archie and Veronica look older but not Betty, Jughead, Moose, or Reg?  Betty still looks the same...and in some panels Veronica looks OLD!

The panel where Veronica says "I hope those aren't tears of sadness!" strikes me as just kind of... icky.

This has bugged since we first saw Veronica in Archie's future. It's only been 6-8 years, so it's not like the characters have grown too old, but in comparison to everyone else, Ronnie has NOT aged well. Which is weird because she's the one character you'd expect to still look young since she has access to hundreds of stylists, make-up experts, and plastic surgeons.

exactly. in the 2nd to last panel her blue highlights look kinda gray. (and her hair is just kinda ugly) she looks 50 or something, lol, not 23 or however old they are. (maybe a little older than that now since it's probably been a couple of years) and she looks like she has wrinkles on the cover.

betty still looks 17.

Congratulations!

Look, they're not my favorite couple, but I think it's nice to see them actually happy for once. Although, yes it seems a bit OOC for Veronica to be nice, but it's good nonetheless.

I'm actually surprised Veronica would inconvenience herself and ruin her figure by getting pregnant.

I think the first thing that she'd do would be to get her tubes tied.
