  • Steveinthecity: When Thor pulls the hammer back to throw, his momentum stops. He has always been able to float or hover once airborne, and he'll remain until the hammer comes back to him.  I guess the winds keep him aloft.

  • Biollante: ok so shouldn't Joe Quesada know that? lol  It made him look a bit stupid imo.
    May 21, 2012, 07:57:37 AM
  • Jabroniville: Yeah, that's odd- Thor usually has the Hammer out in front. Though I don't think it's ever explained how he can throw it while in mid-flight and not just plummet like a goof. I wish artists would stop having him do things like that :)
    May 21, 2012, 07:23:13 AM
  • Steveinthecity: @Biolante:  Thor uses the hammer to fly. He can throw his hammer during flight and float in one spot until the hammer returns to him. Don't know what Joe Q. was thinking there. I've never seen Thor fly on his own.

I think Reggie's being a bit overdramatic over a zit.  LOL!

Offline Banshee

There's LOTS of Reggie here! :o

Seems like I'm not the only one who dearly loves this dark-haired rascal, but let's not overdo it.

Archie is the star here, not Reggie! ;D

Offline Captain Hero

I just also noticed something...Jughead still has baby teeth at 17?!?

I mean, I was almost 15 when my last tooth finally fell out...but 17?!?

I was thinking that too...

Don't say that Tales of Rvedale is the closet thing I have too a Reggie Title wich I why  I suscribe to it.

Regarding the tooth -- molars can be a bit late in coming out; or maybe it was a wisdom tooth (and they left out a painful extraction).

Ah...never thought of that.  I was 14 when I lost my last tooth, which is sort of late in itself, but I also started losing them late too...I had to actually get some baby teeth manually pulled out because they refused to come out on their own.

Offline AyaBlue

I didn't get my wisdom teeth pulled out 'til I was in my late 20's... but, yeah, all my baby teeth fell out well before I was 17.

Pals N Gals Double Digest is another title that has a lot of Reggie stuff in it, if you're looking for stories.

"So wriggle out of it like the WORM you are."
"So wriggle out of it like the WORM you are."
"So wriggle out of it like the WORM you are."

I keep reading the sentence, and I cracked up everytime! It seems like a meta moment from the writer. BURN! Too bad it didn't get any reaction from Archie, and it seems he knows that he is a jerk (even he would ditch VERONICA in one chance to date a stranger!)

And that stranger.... really? "I'm new in town, can someone show me around?" Check if she has a knife in her backpocket before paying for dinner. And Archie didn't even bother to ASK HER NAME.

Archie doesn't care what her name is.  He only notices one thing.
