There are some really awesome titles out in October!  Holiday Fun #12 looks incredible.

The cell phone story in Archie #579 is intriguing, since this issue is currently in discussion with our school boards here.

Yay!  Jellybean's back on Jughead's Double Digest!

And, is that Ol' Betsy on the cover of Archie Digest 239?

Isn't October a little early for Christmas stories?

"Gifts You Can Make Cheap"? Yeeeaaahhh, sure, because they'll love that. Seriously, just get them some gift cards.

Waaaiiit a minute. This plot sounds awfully familiar. Gregg, didn't I sent you a comic from the early 1990s with that same plot?

So Archie's lusting after Nancy, too, now?

Rah rah, sis boom bah!

Who says this anymore?

"Picture This": Everything is less than "picture-perfect" at Riverdale High when the students decide to protest their poorly-shot ID card photos!

Why would students even care about their dumb ID cards, much less enough to protest their quality?

Actually the comic ships in October and goes on sale the 23rd. On a 8 week schedule it will be on sale until December 18th. So I think it's the right time for Christmas. If we shipped much later we would pass Christmas.

It seems like a good action/adventure plot with some mystery added. I miss those. I usually don't get the B&V digests, but I might get this one for that story alone.

So Archie's lusting after Nancy, too, now?

Archie lusts after all the ladies!

Why would students even care about their dumb ID cards, much less enough to protest their quality?

Have you seen those tv plots where someone gets a really bad picture on their driver's license? I imagine that's where this storyline is coming from. I have a picture on my work ID that was taken over ten years ago. It's a horrible picture. Same goes for my other government IDs so it's not as far fetched as you might think.
