  • Steveinthecity: When Thor pulls the hammer back to throw, his momentum stops. He has always been able to float or hover once airborne, and he'll remain until the hammer comes back to him.  I guess the winds keep him aloft.

  • Jabroniville: Yeah, that's odd- Thor usually has the Hammer out in front. Though I don't think it's ever explained how he can throw it while in mid-flight and not just plummet like a goof. I wish artists would stop having him do things like that :)

  • Steveinthecity: @Biolante:  Thor uses the hammer to fly. He can throw his hammer during flight and float in one spot until the hammer returns to him. Don't know what Joe Q. was thinking there. I've never seen Thor fly on his own.

Rich Kosolowki is the writer/artist for 3 Geeks (that's not published by Archie comics). It's a hilarious title and I heartily recommend it. It's more of a general comic book geek comic as opposed to Archie comics.

I've seen Rich's name on many an inking credit but I don't think I've seen him on writing or penciling chores.

Kosolowki has got to be my favorite inker. His style is more angular and masculine than usual, which I love to see in the boys' stories. I hope he stays with Archie for a long time!

I got to meet Rich Koslowski on Saturday at Wizard World. He was super nice and approachable.  I bought an original art page and had him sign it. My only regret is that I didn't buy a couple more. He had some Marvel issues on display, too. But I don't remember seeing his other titles (3 Geeks). Next year I plan to spend more time and money in artists' alley.

I met Rich Koslowski at MegaCon 2007 - - super-nice guy! He did some sketches for me - - Reggie, and two of my original guys! Great artist as well! I have the original art for a pin-up he did of the Archie guys in beach-wear. (Bought that piece thru a dealer tho...)

Will any of the Archie artists be at MegaCon 2009???
