I think reporting this issue to the moderator in a PM would be the more correct procedure, rather than creating a thread. A similar thread was dealt with summarily by Oldiesmann in the past.

pipeliz265 is getting creepy. He has already admitted he has a sexual thing about girls playing football, & every single post he puts up is on the subject. He has begun to flood the Board with new threads--about girls & football. Something must be done about this.
