  • Steveinthecity: When Thor pulls the hammer back to throw, his momentum stops. He has always been able to float or hover once airborne, and he'll remain until the hammer comes back to him.  I guess the winds keep him aloft.

  • Jabroniville: Yeah, that's odd- Thor usually has the Hammer out in front. Though I don't think it's ever explained how he can throw it while in mid-flight and not just plummet like a goof. I wish artists would stop having him do things like that :)

  • Steveinthecity: @Biolante:  Thor uses the hammer to fly. He can throw his hammer during flight and float in one spot until the hammer returns to him. Don't know what Joe Q. was thinking there. I've never seen Thor fly on his own.

I didn't see this section.  I just rudely signed up and started asking a question.  I am mainly a DC collector.  My favorite Archie character is Katy Keene.  I keep looking at Cheryl Bloosom but don't want to start up a new series just yet. 

Thanks to all that have helped me in my search of finding vintage Katy Keene reprints.  I am still hoping that Archie comics will think about collecting these older stories in their entirety.

Welcome to the boards!  I hope that everyone here can help you in your search for all things Katy Keene.

Actually, John Sterling Lucas is a member of this forum (his name being synonymous with all things modern Katy), and though he doesn't make appearances that often here, I just thought that you should know in case you cross paths.
