terrence12: You need to include the oni press in the news section https://www.hollywoodreporter.com/news/general-news/archie-sabrina-the-teenage-witch-oni-press-1236453904/ because its important

Tuxedo Mark: But will those licensing fees be enough to keep the lights on with barely any new comic content coming out?

Hanna Barbera Montana: Probably banking on those film/Disney plus deals keeping their heads above water.

Oldiesmann: How is the company going to stay afloat if they're barely publishing anything? A single Valentine's one-shot the entire month of January is ridculous

Oldiesmann: December solicitations are out. One holiday special, one facsimile edition and a single digest. I wonder if this is the new normal or if they plan to go back to releasing multiple digests each month

Let's make this an all-purpose thread for reporting our sightings , etc. of Archie stuff ~ especially the ACTUAL comic books and digests (I guess many?? people here would tend to reserve " comic books " for " standard " 32-pagers so thinking of that I wrote it that way)  :2funny: !
I bought a Jughead and Archie?? at a Safeway here in San Francisco t'other day , " the Castro Safeway " . They also had World Of Archie , IIRC . I was going to look up the last issue of the 32-page " last " B&V series ~ but this computer workshop's computers blocks comics.org !!!!!!!!!!! FRICKEN FRATTEN RITZEN RATTEN .
Can anyone direct me , please , to a site where the last few ishes of the now-discontinued last B&V covers are up , please ? :'(

...Thank you .
When I was fairly new back here in San Francisco , in a Walgreen's store (On Mission Street , on the same block as the ~ alas ~ now-closed Cartoon Art Museum .) , in their magazine rack ~ I saw BETTY AND VERONICA #277 . I bought it .
They had a couple of copies , neatly racekd , no other comics in their racks .
It odd/interesting to me how you sometimes see this , just a couple , or just one , even , comic book showing up in a " normal " magazine rack .
  Unfortunately , I missed #278  :'( ~ I recently realized that I missed the " final : ARCHIE ish , #66 , devili shly  :) , too :'( ...........

Both ARCHIE #666 and BETTY AND VERONICA #278 have 6 different covers, all by Dan Parent. At least they both went out on a high note.
