I used to be able to find it but not anymore, on my profile tab it only says  "Summary" and no "Modify profile"

or just any info on my profile, it's all gone.

The server crashed a year or so back, and all prior site information was lost, so you'll have to recreate your profile all over again. From the main menu bar, choose "Forum Profile" from the drop-down menu under "Profile", THEN choose "Modify Profile" (where you can upload an avatar).

My problem is that "Profile" in the top tab only shows "Summary" when I hove over it, nothing else or even "modify profile". :/

Not sure what the rules are here, but there might be a wait for some features to appear, like after a certain time has passed or X number of posts is exceeded.

Oh okay, maybe it's 10 posts or something, we'll see. ^^
