Someone just wiped out a whole day's worth of messages and I think his name begins with an A unless someone else did it by accident. I'd post this in the shoutbox except it'll probably disappear like the rest. Oldiesmann, can you change the settings, please?

What a weird feature to let anyone delete things from the shoutbox. Wonder why that is even built into the forum.

I'm here to confirm that it WAS NOT ME.  I don't know why Oldiesmann hasn't fixed it yet, but it definitely needs to be fixed.

Something about the way you wrote "What happened to the shoutbox??! Why are there a whole bunch of messages missing?!" just doesn't fill me with trust.

It is messed up. It is like I said in my shout box posts before they were deleted things here are way too lax when it comes to running this site. When I read on the facebook Archie fan site why this site crashed I couldn't believe it. Yes a lot of the fault goes to the sites provider for not running back up tests all the time, but as an administrator you need to be on top of that as well and if you don't see it being done you say something or do it yourself. So the blame goes to him as well. Letting someone who was banned and who I was the one who reported on the other site to get permanently banned for causing so much trouble back on the forum is ridiculous. The guy seems to have a huge bad track record that goes way beyond when I was on the previous site. This site has so much potential, but if this crap continues to be allowed it will never reach it potential.

Just because this is a restart of the forum does not mean your allowed back. If you were banned then you are banned and it does mean you can come back.

Interesting that I just got bad karma from a member that is supposed to be banned. Wow, of all things.

If your banned you have no rights on this forum unless Oldiesmann invited you back and until he says that then you are still officially banned.

Stop deleting the d**med shouts!

A ban on shouts might be a good thing, at least for a while.

Archiver deleted all the shouts in the shotbox now and is trying to act like he didn't do it.
