Oldiesmann: Just spent $16 to buy all 5 issues of the Archie '55 miniseries on eBay. Not sure how I missed that when it was released, but they apparently never made a TPB of it like they did with Archie 1941 either.

Oldiesmann: Interesting to see they're bring Wilbur Wilkin back from the dead again. I remember them making a big deal of it when they suddenly decided he was Jughead's cousin years ago - only for him to vanish again, much like Jellybean

Oldiesmann: I miss the days of floppies with there or four new stories each. I'll take that over digests any day

Tuxedo Mark: How absolutely pathetic. Five items, three of which are entirely reprints. Only two new 5-page stories for the entire month. Only two of the four "main" digests. And the story in the girls' digest features Bingo and Pureheart.

BettyReggie, I wish my library had the kind of selection that yours does. Sounds like you have a pretty awesome resource there!

Well we do have good stuff.  My library has 6 shelfs of graphic novels. In the basement they have children graphic novels. But I put a lot of books on my wait list. I have 20 books at the time.

I own it and I like it. But it's kind of comic strip humor or humor I remember from 90s Nickelodeon shows like Rocko's Modern Life. Like Luna the Vampire.

The only good thing was the cat was cute. The art was terrible. The little girl in the story was not interesting at all. I don't see myself buying it at all. I thought I would love it but sadly no. Thank God it was only a library book which I returned today.

BlueBomber2015

I;m reading some Star Trek Books, as well as Star Trek Memories by William Shatner, and I Am Spock by Leonard Nimoy.

Star Trek memoirs by the original cast members have practically become a mini-genre of their own. Here's a few others:

I AM NOT SPOCK by Leonard Nimoy (1977) [I guess he changed his mind by 2015...]
BEYOND UHURA - Star Trek and Other Memories by Nichelle Nichols (1994)
STAR TREK MOVIE MEMORIES by William Shatner with Chris Kreski (1994)
TO THE STARS - Star Trek's Mr. Sulu by George Takei (1995)
BEAM ME UP, SCOTTY: Star Trek's "Scotty" - in his own words by James Doohan (1996)
GET A LIFE! by William Shatner with Chris Kreski (1999)
I'M WORKING ON THAT: A Trek From Science Fiction To Science Fact by William Shatner with Chip Walter (2002)
UP TILL NOW - The Autobiography by William Shatner with David Fisher (2008)
SHATNER RULES: Your Key To Understanding the Shatnerverse and the World At Large by William Shatner with Chris Regan (2011)
OH MYYY! - There Goes the Internet by George Takei (2013)
LIONS AND TIGERS AND BEARS - Oh Myyy! Volume 2 by George Takei (2013)
LEONARD: My Fifty-Year Friendship With A Remarkable Man by William Shatner with David Fisher (2016)
