Went back to the beginning with the new Jughead and read #1 again. I really like that story line.

irishmoxie

Henchgirl #5 and 6 - Don't really get this comic. She's superglueing this guy back together and I have no idea where he came from and in the next issue she's kidnapped??

GingerGal

I now going onto the new Jughead #2. By the end of the day I am going to read all 5 of them again.

irishmoxie

Princeless Make Yourself #1 - not as good of a series as Vol 1 and 2 and the Raven books

GingerGal

Now onto the new Jughead #3. I tell ya every time I read this story over I find new things in it.

He was in previous issues. This is where it probably helps not to have such big gaps between reading issues. I really think those first six read much better if you read them back-to-back (or eventually, as a graphic novel, print or digital version).

1. He has a really dumb superpower, able to leave his body but his body then becomes immobile and brittle, and when the bad guys figure this out they smash him like a glass statue.

2. She's "kidnapped" by the same gang of which she's supposed to be a lowly henchgirl, when they finally figure out that it was SHE that really betrayed the gang. In fact, they ascertain this for sure by tricking her into holding a magical gem which requires the holder to only speak the truth, and then they just ask her point blank. She's unable to lie about it until after she isn't holding the gem, so they are now treating her as a prisoner and an enemy superhero.

The new Jughead #4 is next up for me right now.

BettyReggie

I read some digital comics
Reggie & Me
Betty's Garden Variety
Archie & Friends-Love Is Blind
Cheryl Blossom-High School Royalty

GingerGal

When I woke up I reread the new Archie #1 & 2. Now I am about to reread #3.

Out of curiosity do you just have the regular covers for Archie and Jughead? If you have any variants, which ones?

I mostly have the regular covers because that is what they order at the comic shop I get them at. You have to special order a variant if you want that.

Archie #1: Regular Cover
Archie #2: Regular Cover
Archie #3: Variant Cover(Stuart Immonen)
Archie #4: Variant Cover(Mahmud Asrar)
Archie#5: Regular Cover
Archie #6: Variant Cover(Marguerite Sauvage)
Archie #7: Regular Cover

Jughead #1: Regular Cover
Jughead #2: Regular Cover
Jughead #3: Variant Cover(Ty Templeton)
Jughead #4: Regular Cover
Jughead #5: Variant Cover(Thomas Pitilli)

Just got this issue of Millie the Model it was 10 dollars pretty good condition a few small rips
Wonder how much it's actually going for

Also she looks like a Cyclops from side view lol
I was just thinking "cyclops" myself ...
as for value ... a lot of factors come into place including subject evaluation of condition ā€” based on the picture & your description I'd say it rates around "good" from a dealers viewer ā€” maybe a little less if the dealer was buying, or a bit more based on age and generosity ... 2 years ago that would be about $8US and while some thing go up, it's not by that much, and Millie in particular wouldn't have seen a huge change in value in that period (I could check for sure tomorrow if you want though) ...

GingerGal

I did complete my reading task for the weekend by rereading all 7 of the new Archie comics and also all 5 of the new Jughead comics. I can't wait till next month and the new ones come out for both of them.
