We had a similat, but regional, chain that was only in New York and Connecticut I think, called Caldor's, they covered the same portion of the market. We had expensive. sorta hi.

  • ASS-P: That Wal-Mart didn't carry the DC Giants either. When they first came out, I saw them there, and other " gimmick/stunt "-packaged issues. I read that some Targets were going to carry the DC Giants but I haven't seen any at any Target where I've been.

  • ASS-P: ...Oh, and does anyone here eveI went to a Wal-Mart recently, and they did not have digests that I could see, or the brandedr see standard-format comic books being sold at other non-comics shop.places? The last I heard, DC still had some newsstand and I presume ACP's comic books would have some too.

Monday & Thursdays are days you go to Unique because those days everything is 25% off. I have Unique app so I go there when it alerts me with coupons that are more than 25% off. Maybe you see me there. I'm the girl in the power chair.

Thanks for the info BettyReggie! I want to make a trip back next week maybe on Thursday or the following week early in the morning! The TJMaxx on W 231st Street was nice and i liked the area it was in. Will definitely go back more often!

I had a busy day. I got a haircut this morning. And I had a slice for lunch. I went to Walgreens. I got lot of stuff on sale
. I had to buy a pair of sunglasses. It was so sunny outside. I got my soda at Boston Market. They didn't charge me for it. I went to Food Town . I got groceries.
And Season #2 of Riverdale came. I'm going watch it now.

I spent all morning catching up with chores that I've been avoiding for the majority of last week. Seems to be my Saturday morning ritual as of late. lol

My mom & I went to Arimed. The Acess A Ride was terrible took 4 hours to get to Brooklyn. The ride picked us up at 7:31 am & we didn't get there till 11:30 am. My appointment was at 10. They cast both legs for new braces. My disease Heredity Spastic Paraplegia has my left foot so twisted because of it.
Waiting for the ride was no picnic either. The ride was late & it took a long time to get home.
