I am meeting my boyfriend after his job interview. We are hanging out and going to a comic book store near which is the ones I go to on free comic book day. Then we are getting subway, it is buy one sub get one sub free day.

I had a busy day. I cleaned my room all morning. Boy I'm tired. I mopped my floor while sitting on my bed. And I threw away a lot of garbage. And I organized all my graphic novels.

Didnt go to the comic book store but we ended up going to dollar tree and i found 6 OPI NAIL POLISHES for $1 each. i am in shock. we then went to another dollar tree but it was a waste of time, they had two i already brought and one opened which was one i had brought earlier. Then we went back to his house for a bit. His mom wanted me to stay for dinner. its hard to talk to his parents because they dont know much english so i asked my boyfriend to thank them for dinner later for me when they get home

His family speaks Spanish so my boyfriend would have to translate. They try speaking english in front of me but its hard for me to understand with their accent, like yesterday apparently they asked me if I saw their daughter since she has a baby but i thought they asked me if my boyfriend showed me the cell (basement). Luckily I gave the right answer :/

I had a great day. Even though we had to wait for Access A Ride. My aide & I went to my primary care doctor. I asked them can I get my flu shot . I got to the Flu shot. And then we had lunch at Menchies. Yummy, I put Chocolate & Vanilla together with Reese's & M & M's & Kit  Kats in the ice cream. I took a picture of it. And when we went around the corner there was a RiverDale Farm which was a fruit stand. I took another picture of it. We went to CVS. While we we're waiting for 7 bus to go home & there were 2 more stores with the name RiverDale in the title. The RiverDale Grill . I forgot the name of the other one but I took pictures & posted it my Twitter.

I was just fooling around with some pencil drawings I found online. The figures of Betty and Reggie came from separate cover variants that Dan Parent drew for ARCHIE #666. I saved both of those variant cover pencil sketches, opened them both up in Paint and cropped and erased the elements (background figures) in both images that I didn't want. Then I pasted the Betty figure and the Reggie figure into the same image. I noticed in both drawings that their hands were on their hips with their elbows sticking out, and I realized that if you overlapped the images, it looked like Betty and Reggie were arm-in-arm, so I did that, and erased the overlapping lines. This just turned out to be really fortuitous, because with the two separate figures lined up correctly according to height, the way that Dan drew them in the original pencil sketches, their eyes look as if they're looking right at each other! The original idea was to tone down the blacks here so that I'd have some light gray lines and I intended to print this out and ink it myself, and white-out the stray lines I hadn't already erased after inking it. That will take a while though, so I'll just show you what I've got so far. You can see a lot of broken lines where I had to erase stuff, but it's pretty clear for me to see where the ink lines need to go, so no big deal. Here you can see the covers those figures of Betty and Reggie came from, as they were printed in the final cover versions inked by Rich Koslowski.

Somehow I just never got back to fooling around with this image I put together from Dan Parent's original pencil sketches back in August (!), but tonight I found the image again and printed out a copy, so I could tighten up the pencils, add some different line weights and a little bit of texture. I'm still not even at the inking stage here, yet, but I just thought I'd show you the process of how it's coming along (compared to the raw image I pasted together above). Hopefully it won't take me another three months to complete this with final inks and colors.

I'm still in bed. I'm tired. My brother Sean coming over later. He wants to get a haircut in our neighborhood. He has to help me change a poster in my room. I'm taking down the Josie & The Pussycats one.

I got Last Look in the mail today. This book all 3 of Charles Burns books together. I have returned those book a lot from the library now I don't have to. I can't wait to start reading it.

Packed for my vacation then work

My aide is off today. I have the day to myself. So I'm going clean my area in the living room. I'm going take a picture of what I do to the origami.

I am at work. I spent the day with my boyfriend. he has a job interview today at a different supermarket and i helped him apply on saturday. I'm happy for him

My Archie Meets The Ramones Convention cover came today. I'm so happy. I'll read it & post a picture on Twitter.

It was very cold & windy today. My mom & I had lunch at McDonalds's & we went to Rite Aid which is right near it. I bought my mom a $25 Target Card & the movie The Revenant for my brother for Christmas.
