I always liked these panels because it's rare when Jughead says Veronica is better than Betty at anything.

So not really fanart. What I did was create some Archie character Sims, run the pictures through some filters and color them myself to look more like traditional fanart. I'm bugged that women (especially Betty and Veronica) in comics are often drawn with the same faces so I decided to do my own interpretation. I didn't notice I had used different filters for Veronica and Betty/Cheryl until after I colored them. 








I thank the good people at EA who created the Sims so I could rip off their work. 

The idea of a girl pulling a boy out of a bush for a date is hilarious to me and even more so when it's Jug and Ron.

That's how I've always felt too. I see Betty and Jug as more of an endgame relationship or as one of those rare platonic (presumably straight) boy/girl relationships. Though I can't imagine things would always be so rosy, since Jughead is a lazy glutton, poor Betty might have to do all the cooking and cleaning. That's why Veronica is a better match, they'd have servants do everything. j/k

Yes!    Poor Betty looks so defeated. She's totally having an affair right?

I dunno if she'd have the time to have an affair. She'd probably be cooking 24/7 to keep Jug and his offspring fed. 

Her wealthy paramour Reggie can just but take out and Betty can sneak out while the kids are at school and Jughead is napping. I have thought about this. It brings the topic full circle really, an extramarital affair counts as a team up.
