You know i kinda like your first theory because this type might increase  Archie and Reggie's rivalry to a new level and will be more aggressive and dramatic  than its original counterpart when it was lighter


As for you second theory i think that will happen but it will be considered cliche and a stupid move killing off a major character which will be canon and it will lead to a new storyarc where he will be depressed.

You like my first theory . That's good cause that makes one of us. I love and miss the messed semi friendship of Archie and Reggie. The fact that this story line is probably going to be the nail in coffin for that ever happening in the re-boot makes me sad.

As for my second theory as Reggie fan. I dislike  this one too of course. I tend make up theories  I don't like due to me being  the glass if half full but there probably going to be drought tomorrow and some is going to steal this glass from me kind of gal.

Of course I only ship Betty and due to my own skewed and delusional interception of them.  which has been enabled by The Married Life of Archie(The Veroinca side) Which although I liked the Betty & Reggie interaction in it. It proably from a bias free point of view written completely unrealistically and totally O.C.C from Reggie making it terrible.   

My suspects for the death are as fallowed(in order of Most likley to happen
)
1.One of the minor character and any chance Reggie and Archie having any kind of Friendship in this reboot   Note: I am aware that Reggie the Friend part of Reggie's and Archie Friend part of there  Friendlemness is already non existent in this reboot and that there is already zero chance of the revisiting ever, but it will be the final nail in the coffin so to speak.  At least there is still the digest(They can't refuse to reprint them all)
2. Reggie. Despite getting his own series which had to be turned into a miniseries because a failure to succeed again.  Reggie is the eyes of the publisher and many people outside the fandom  a  minor character. He has no mutual best friends and his parents have least amount appearance out of all what many Archie fans consider the main five.Therfore easy to take out of the strip and replace with another Reggie clone because every series need a villain.
3. Betty , Jughead ,Veronica. Nothing to get media 's attention like good old main character. Although all these characters are far out harms reach some are slightly more of harm reach than others. Jughead would be the most likely out three since not a part of main love triangle and  a  Lovely way for Archie to bury asexuals ,   , second place goes to Veronica  since She is the only in the Love Triangle to not have a series.
1. Archie , it helped temporally boast sales once , It can do again. But seriously unless they want to cancel the title. This one is not going to happen.

Aww I was really looking forward  Reggie's 80 Page Giant comic.

I am going to buy the Archie one-shot. Since it is a one shot and won't have to play catch up on anything. Also that all I have allocated for comics for the month any way.

I personally love them. But I understand it's not for everyone. They can get more a bit random at time at total chesse fests I am not going to lie. But for me and many others it a big part of the appeal of them.

I bought World of Archie winter Annual #66 and now I have no money on me.

no I don't think so but if they did I would be all for it. Also there nothing stopping them from creating one for the movie. Any this is just me dreaming.

If they ever have an Archie movie. I would want it to be a Lego Movie. The Riverdale cast can voice cast if available I suppose.  I really don't care who they cast if  that Archie movie was a Lego movie. Lego movie  are  really great  at what I need in an Archie anything really and that is heartwarming moment along with humour

Hey I am Gotapenname .  It been awhile since I have been here. Sad my account and all old stuff from here got deleted even though I was embarssed by some of it.

Any way I am still fan of the non rebooted  Archie comics and Reggie Mantle will always be my one of my favorite characters. I still ship Betty/Reggie in the old comic verse and The Married Life with Veronica verse.

So this is me re introducing myself. Also I have no idea how to edit my profile and it's making me low key sad.
