Well folks, now that we have a new, sick, twisted, disturbing more-like-Twin Peaks-Than-Archie Riverdale TV show on the horizon, might as well compare it to 1990's To Riverdale and Back Again (AKA Return to Riverdale, the butchered home video version.)

Ok, reviving, and reposting, a popular topic I posted back before the Server Purge destroyed things.


I have a theory that there is more than one Archie in the Archie Multiverse.  Now with the 2015 reboot, it's time to categorize and talk about the question at hand-Is there an Archie Multiverse, and if there is, what are the worlds? Maybe one day, ACP can do a Worlds Unite-like storyline in which Memory Lane acts like a Stargate or incorporate the use of Genesis Portals (from the Sonic and Mega Man comics) to travel to those worlds.

I wonder if they reprint any stories where Reggie is Betty's lackey?  To me, i think in the older stories, they have a Pinky and The Brain-esque partnership where they planned mad schemes to break up Archie and Betty.

I too enjoyed the Crazy Betty thread, it's a shame that it got lost in the Server Purge along with other favorites, like the polls and my Archie Multiverse theory thread.


I also liked the Sabrina Battle Royal thread too.

I need to catch up on my Mega Man by hunting down the final issues they had, after completing The Ultimate Betrayal arc, I forgot to read the Worlds Unite arc, so I have to fish out for back issues.

No wonder these days, the girls are toned down.

Combining three threads that were here before the server purge destroyed everything of value.


As you know, back then, we had a Crazy Betty thread that showed moments on how kaka-cuckoo Betty went, from trying to kill poor Archie, to swinging a pickax at Reggie to going wild by snacking on food after the cancelation of a swim meet she was training for.  And, there was a Best and Worst of Veronica to go with it.  I added a Villainous Veronica thread, but got redirected to the Best and Worst thread.  Now that the server purge wiped everything out, I felt it's time to merge the threads together!

I remember seeing a story here before the server purge that involves slaves for a day where Veronica used Juggie as her slave for a day, i forgot the name of it though.

I wonder why they made the show "edgy"?
