Hmm, I don't know. I've never seen them on the library's book store but who knows. I wish they sold some of them at the library, I would buy them right away.

Yes they are. They have all the original #1's including Archie #1, Jughead #1, Betty and Veronica #1, and Archie's Rival Reggie #1.
